Terms and Conditions for Use of Benztown Production Music Library

By accessing and using the Benztown Production Music Library, you agree to the following:

1. Permitted Use

Content from the library may only be used on your digital platforms and for streaming your programming via the Internet.

2. Ownership

Benztown retains all rights, title, and interest—including but not limited to copyright, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights—in the services and any modifications or derivatives thereof.

3. Public Performance Rights

Benztown retains the public performance rights for all music in the service and reserves the right to collect any performance royalties generated from your broadcasts.

4. Licensing Responsibility

You are solely responsible for securing and maintaining all public performance licenses required for internet broadcasting, including any payments to BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, or Global Music Rights.

5. Term

You agree to subscribe to and pay for the Benztown Production Music Library for a minimum term of one (1) year from the date of agreement. This commitment is non-cancellable during the initial one-year period. After the initial term, this agreement will automatically renew in successive one (1) year terms unless cancelled by you with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the end of the then-current term.

By continuing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
